At Leydarly, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Since some of our items are made on demand, we have a limited return policy to ensure fair processing while maintaining quality standards.


1. Returns & Exchanges

   As many of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or change of mind.

  Please carefully review our size guide and product details before placing your order.

    For select items in our collection, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a free replacement or refund.

   Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
